The coolest cat that I've ever had the honor of sharing my life with was my best friend, Winston.
And so it stands to reason that I would do a portrait of him.
This one was another donation for the San Antonio Feral Cat Coalition charity down there that traps spays and releases stray cats because there's a big stray cat problem in the city.
So I made this painting on, I want to say, 16 by 20 canvas with acrylic paint.
And then donated it to their auction, and the proceeds went to help their program.
This is Winston enjoying some brandy, and then there's, like, a mysterious shadow in the back. I call it Sir Winston and the Unexpected Caller.
My ex-girlfriend Jessica owns this original. She bought it from the auction, and I told her I would have just painted you one, and she didn't want to. She wanted that one, and she wanted to help the charity, so I thought that was cool.
And thanks, San Antonio.
But you can own this guy in print form right now.
